hey everyone. i wanted to see if anyone else had this same problem as me: i've been on a diet for like a year & a half now and i just can't seem to get it right. the exercising part is not a problem for me at all. i play soccer & run cross country and i go running like every single day. the problem for me is the food part. ever since school got out i just overeat waaaay to much. ill be good for like 2 days & then ill eat tooo much & then ill promise myself ill start over & that im not going to overeat anymore so i do good for like 2 more days & then blow it again. i guess i just don't have much willpower does anyone else have this problem? and does anybody have any advice on how to stop myself from doing this? thanks so much :)
