hi I am new to this site and I think it is really cool. But I was wondering something. I am not overweight but I am chunky... I just wanna lose 15-20 pounds maybe less. I weigh 145 and I am 5'6 and I swim everyday in the morining because I am on the swim team and I do it for 3 hours and it is a HARD work out. But I dont know how to lose 15 pounds! how many cals should I eat? well thanks for reading please post!!!
