I'm leaving early tomorrow morning to go out of town and i;ll be gone for a week. We aren't going to be active so if I eat healthy and do 50 sit ups every morning and night and 20 squats every morning and every night. How much weight will I loose, or will I loose any? I will be moving my arms a lot also during the day I guess that burns cals bcuz i'll be on jet skies but thats all so idk
