Hey everyone school is finally over and summer is here but summer isn't really a blast for ppl who are overweight or just isn't happy with their body or weight I hated being fast but i wasn't really over weight i was about too and i hated it. I wanted to look good for mah gradution and for the summer and to lose some weight and that is what i did i started to run about 2 miless a day and doing about 200 curl-ups and 100 sit-ups and a hour of cardio and then about 15 mins. of boxing. so far i lost about 20 pounds and i still want to lose more now i am 125 and i am really happy but i think if i ate less junk food i still eat alot of food i did before mah workouts but i still lost weight and i am happy. i am just trying to tell everyone you can eat what you want but just watch it and workout to lose it and thats mosty it
