today i started out GREAT!! iate small things every hour whether it was an apple or some carrots or just a handful of cereal but then at five it was dinner time my dad brought home JUNK FOOD which wasnt that bad because i added up the amount of calories and realized if iate a small serving i would still be in my calorie range but then i went babysitting and the kidswanted cookies and i had the biggest craving for them ALL DAY and i binged badly also i didnt do any excersize today because im unable to do any thing that impacts my knee and i know i know i say that so much but it affects me a lot ! all i can do are crunches and how fun are they after the 1,000 one? lol well if you have any advice please please reply!
