Message Replying To From helen, Age 15 oh yeah i have a GREAT tip it works wonders! if you like to read a lot lay on your back when you read and get a dumbell i have a five pound one right now but im upgrading to ten and place the weight on your stomach and then flex your muscles in your stomach as you read and after your done reading relax your muscles and take it off its easy and it gives great results especially if you want a toned stomach! |
