TIP OF THE DAY: (I want to try and do one everyday or have someone perhaps maybe don't know it's something different then the monotonus of i ate so much or i need to lose or how did i do today...etc.) WHEN DIETING AND YOU SCREW UP AND FEEL LIKE A FAILURE MAKE A PRO LIST OF HOW FAR YOU COME EXAMPLE; PRO-I CAN RUN A ?:?? MILE AND SO ON AND SO FORTH IT'S A GREAT WAY TO SEE HOW YOUR IMPROVING!!
