Hey...does anyone know what the best exercise is? Lately I have been doing different ones, but don't know which one is best! I exercise on my exercising machine a lot, go biking, jogging, do sit-ups, & I am going to swim! I also was wondering, how many meals a day should I have...because sometimes I cut down a meal! I really need a way to make myself full too...I never know when to stop when I start! I hope someone can respond! :-) ~Jess~
