Message Replying To From Lisa, Age 15 TIP OF THE DAY: ( I thought maybe someone took my first tip advice don't know so I'll do it anyway i guess)WITH THE 4 OF JULY TOMMOROW THAT MEANS BBQ'S. IF YOU GO TO ONE FILL YOUR PLATE WITH FRUITS AND VEGGIES HAVE SOME FORM OF MEAT AND WATCH WHAT YOU EAT. IF YOU GO TO ONE DON'T COME STARVING YOUR MORE LIKELY TO PIG OUT AND EAT ALOT. JUST EAT LIKE YOU WOULD IN THE MORNING EVERYDAY UP UNTILL YOU GO THE BBQ AND EAT TILL YOU FEEL ALRIGHT. TRY AND TALK TO SOMEONE OR PLAY A GAME AFTER EATING TO BURN SOME OF IT OFF! |
