If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Lisa, Age 15 TIP OF THE DAY: (seems people like it so I'll continue doing it) SINCE MOST OF US ARE ON SUMMER BREAK WE TEND TO SLEEP IN LATE, UNFORTUNALLY I JUST CAN'T SEEM TO BE ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE BUT THAT'S OKAY. IF YOU ARE ONE WHO SLEEPS TILL NOON YOU THINK OH I CAN'T HAVE BREAKFAST WELL HAVE BREAKFAST AT LUNCH, LUNCH AT DINNER AND DINNER AT 8 OR SOMETHING AT NIGHT THAT WAY YOU'LL HAVE ALL YOUR MEALS IT'S JUST BE AT WEIRD TIMES. |
