OMGOSH!! PLEASE EVERYONE LISTEN UP: just because we are TRYING to diet and TRYING to watch what we eat WITH portion CONTROL does NOT mean we have to give up on the love of food!! just eat SMALLER portions, like this okay: instead of eatting 4 ribs, eat 1 or 2, inetead of a big steak eat a hotdog (((((portion control)))) this doesnt mean that urgoin toa bbq uhave to sacrifice everything, JUST EAT LESSER OF UR NORMALAMOUNT AND YOUWILL NOT AT ((((ALL))))) FEEL GUILTY!!!!!!!!!! it works eat the foods you love just in moderation like high sugars really high calories and really really high fats in SMALLERPORTIONS IN MODERATION!!!! okay srry its so long i really just neededto say that , GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
