hey, jus a wee tip, if you're wanting to lose flab form your inner thighs o just tone them up, lie down on ur side with ur elbow resting on the floor and ur hand holdin at ur chin holdin ur head up make sure ur legs are one on top of the other and lift the top leg up as far as u can reach repeat this 20 times and then switch sides and do 20 times with the other leg. you should feel the muscles tightening as u do it!!!! gd luck every1!!!!!
