ok heres tomorrows plan in the morning im going to have a banana when i wake up then an hour later im going to have a handfull of cereal and then just keep eating every hour ...but small things and every time i eat something im going to drink a glass of water i know this seems tedious and pointless but it really does help speed up the metabolism for excersize im going to do sets of crunches every time im up in my room and then some reps for my arms with weights every time im up in my room also im not going to get on the scale for a week as opposed to every day lol i know thats bad but im working on it...physical therapy starts monday ..im kinda nervous for some reason because i just dont know what its like so if any one has any experiance with it please reply i would greatly appreciate it!
