Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Thanks a lot. |
Message Replying To From Fishie, Age 15 Ht. 5'1, Wt. 147.5 - I'm going on vacation to north carolina tomorrow. I really want to keep exercising when I'm there. We'll be in a neighborhood (its where i used to live) so should I be embarrassed to ask if I can use someone's exercise machine? Will they think that's rude? I need to stay active while I'm there, or else I won't achieve my goal. Would it be awful of me to ask them to take me to a gym in the morning, if they like don't have a treadmill? Staying active is really important to me right now, and I want them to know that. It's the only way I can relax myself. How should I ask them to help me out? Would you be offended if you were an adult and a teenager asked you to take her to a gym when she was visiting? No one my age that I know will necessarily be there. |
