Message Replying To From Sam, Age 16 Ht. 5'3", Wt. 152 - I found a really goo exercise routine that is working pretty good for me! I do the Leslie Sanson 2 mile tapes in the morning around 9:00, then eat my normal healthy diet. Then around 7:00 p.m. I do the basic Tae Bo tapes(which I love!) I will eventually step it up to the 3 mile and the advanced Tae Bo, but for now I will stick with that. But if anyway has these tapes~give it a try! Good Luck Ya'll |
