Message Replying To From Orcy, Age 14 Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160ish - Ok, well i did ok today I think. I snacked a lot, but mostly healthyish stuff, and im still under my cal limit..ok so B: Kashi Bar, Banana (280 calories) S: PB Bar (130 Calories) Lunch: PB Sandwich on wheat bread (250 calories) S: Pria Bar, and 2 100 calorie packs (310 calories) Dinner: 3 turkey tacos (prob. about 500 calories) ...so i had about 1,470 calories.. i drank a lot of green tea and water..I know i didnt get nearly enough fruit or vegetables, but any other hits are appreciated |
