Message Replying To From XOXO, Age 13 today i started a food journal. made a goal for the day of how much i would like to eat and drink. for breakfast i had 8oz MILK, 8oz GREEN TEAw/2tsp sugar, 16oz WATER, and 2 SMALL ORANGE and i'm full so i stop eating and keep myself busy till i'm hungry again. i had approximately 120 calories. wish me luck and what do you think |
