~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

From Alex, Age 16

Ht. 6'4, Wt. 310 - Heh, it's been a while since I posted. For those of you who may remember me from 2 years ago, I was Alex 14 who weighed 260lbs. Nowadays, I'm fluctuating around the past the 300lbs mark, and I've seemed to have stopped at 310lbs for now. I've accepted the fact that im very overweight, abd it doesn't bother me that much anymore. But recently, ever since I've passed the 300 mark, I've realized that I really need to start doing something about my non-stop weight gain. I've been overweight since I was 9 years old, and I hope I can stop my gaining soon. I think I've narrowed to the problem to my weight gains to the cravings I get for fatty foods. I just can't say no, you know? Also, at meals, I always go for seconds, even though my stomach may be full. Anyone who can give me some pointers on how to deal with this, or maybe some exercises to lose some of this gut, since I need to somewhat slim down for football in the coming school year(I have my reasons). Preferrably someone around my age would be better. My email is alexi.stuvok@gmail.com, and thanks in advance.
