Ht. 5'4, Wt. 145 - Alright... i have been in really good shape for a long time. its because i was active in softball and basketball. but i only played sports when i was with my dad. about a year ago i stoped talking to my father completely. Now i talk to him rarly. Anyway, since then i have ganed about 25 lbs. and i reall hate what i see in the mirror. I tell my self all the time "Ok im goin ot eat healthy and exersize" but i can never pull through. food is just such a temptation and every since i stoped being active i have no motovation to workout. I have joined a dance team so i am hopng that this will help me . but what else can i do to want to eat right and want to exersize? ( i love to walk)
