Ht. 5'2, Wt. 195 - yay im joinin weight watchers today... ill update on what i ate, i havent done good but ive also been pickin around alot, some cheerios, a granola bar, a diet pepsi (oops), and a fortune cookie, but i dont like the cookies so i usually throw most of it away.... there is no water here, at mi moms work all she has is diet pepsi bc she ran outta water?... any advice?... for lunch i have a leancuisene thats 330 cals is that good?... thanx orcy for ur help yesterday i was soo tired i couldnt even really do any thing and we have to go fruit shoppin so thats why i really didnt get the chance to eat healthy, thanx a bunch, oh yea i 4 got i wanna loose 60lbs so i set up 4 goals of 15lbs the first one is september 8th which is the day i start school, the second is november 5th 3rd is january2nd 4th is march 1st.... do u think this is reasonable just to let u no there all 58 days apart gotta go
