Ht. 5'6, Wt. 260lbs - hey i really need help loosing weight. I am really fat, but it is because of what i eat. Heres what I've had so fat 2day:Breakfast- 2 McGriddles (sp?), 3 slices of baccon, and 2 saussages.Lunch- KFC Popcorn Chicken, large Coke, and Large fires, and onion rings, MC Flurry. For Dinner, im planning 2 eat @home, probably homemade Pizza- Pepperoni, and cheese, I usually have 4 slices, and 1 or 2 cans of orange pop. Later i'll probbably have a bowl of popcorn, and a milk shake if theres any ice cream. I am really sick of my weight, but am DEFENITLY NOT going to give up fast food, its wayyy to good lol. So help please?
