i have some tips for ya'll: i always try to exercise on an empty stomach so that your body will use fat for energy during workouts, im not saying to starve yourself. and stop saying youll start ur diet tomorrow, now is the best time. dont set such big goals, youd be suprised how much better youd look and feel even just from a few pounds, it really makes a difference. try not to focus on the scale, instead, i go by pant size. Because muscle weights more than fat, you might gain weight before u loose fat. good luck everyone. and remember no food is worth feeling soo bad about yourself. when u feel like sitting and watching tv, just think of how good youll feel when u go back to school and everyone recognizes a difference, i promise, you wont be watching t.v for long. lol!! good luck!
