Ht. 5'5, Wt. 134 - omg i am soooo mad i am back up to the weight i was at at the begining of summer....i feel like im never going to reach my final goal....Three week challenge....day two...i did HORRIBLE breakfast an apple....lunch fifty million gram crackers...when i got home from walking i ate a doughnut and a hand full of chips...im probably way over the amount of calories i need and i havent eaten dinner i doubt i will eat much when that comes..but tomorrow im going to change that because im going to havea full schedule because i have to work...well wish me luck! and if you have any tips for binging i would greatly appreciate it!
