Alright well I've been doing pretty good exercising mon-fri every day at lunc oding like 30min cardio and then situps!!! definitely a lot more then what I did in the past which was nothing!! So I'm pretty proud of myself for that. I've also been trying to eat smaller portions and healthier. Last weekend me and the b/f and his parents went to fridays and I was soooo good...where I usually get the chk fingers and fries I got the grilled chk and shrimp!!! And instead of mashed potatos got a salad!! Unfortunately today I kinda messed up though...I had cereal for breakfast w/fruit which wasn't bad but then they had bagels at work so I just had a bagel w/butter....it was soooo yummy though...but i figure i'll make that my lunch and maybe havea piece of fruit and save my salad w/chicken for dinner tonight in order to keep my calories low. Only 32 more days till my trip and 8 more pounds to go!!!! After finals next week I'm going to kick up my workout routine an notch and try to exercise 2 times a day 2 times a week!!!
