I have gotten myself into big mess!!! For breakfast i had 2 SLICES OF PIZZA & 2 PIECES OF BREAD STICKS!! i have decided that i am not going to eat anymore foods with calories untill dinner but for dinner i will have 16oz of milk and fruits & veggies. and i have drank 24oz of water so far my goal is 64oz+ and 60-90 minutes of exercise. is this GOOD/BAD???!!!
