Ht. 5'6, Girls and guys just a little tip: I'm sure you all may (or may not) already have heard this, BUT it is important to remember that dieting is not all about counting calories. Calories ARE a huge portion in whether you gain/lose but it is equally important to look at other things on the nutrition label such us protein, sodium, sugar, carbs, it's all important! A food could be very low in calorie but high in other areas that could have a negative impact on your diet. Diet soda is a perfect example, hello aspartme! lol Just be careful and keep it up. This is just a friendly reminder:)
