If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Chelsea, Age 17 Ht. 5'6, Girls and guys just a little tip: I'm sure you all may (or may not) already have heard this, BUT it is important to remember that dieting is not all about counting calories. Calories ARE a huge portion in whether you gain/lose but it is equally important to look at other things on the nutrition label such us protein, sodium, sugar, carbs, it's all important! A food could be very low in calorie but high in other areas that could have a negative impact on your diet. Diet soda is a perfect example, hello aspartme! lol Just be careful and keep it up. This is just a friendly reminder:) |
