Message Replying To From Montana, Age 13 Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170 - Well I'm going to start over tomorrow for sure!! I'm going to watch what i eat and make for i get enough exercise i still plan to loose 20 lbs but augest 5th.. i hope i can do that soo 20 lbs b4 school starts? is that enough time or should i go for a smaller goal? Well does anybody know any exercises to loose the fat in your arms besides pushups and lift weights i dont have weights..and i HATE pushups.. but if i have to ill do at least 15 a day and ill do 50 crunches probably more though. Ill do 100-200 jumping jacks and i will jump on the trampoline at least an half an hour to an hour and ride my bike for a while... I want to shape up in my stomach arms theighs... Any tipss pleaseeee. -Montana |
