Message Replying To From emma-leigh, Age 13 Wt. 200 - hi, i weigh 200 pnds, um.. this is day 2. um.. well wat im trying to do is eat normally,(dinner) but eat half, then half late? is that ok? and exercise and bit more, and im eating lots of fruits and vegetables. so far i havent eaten anything bad like choclatte or crisps! yay, cant wait to see if it works, bi |
