Ht. 5'2", Wt. 145 - hey everyone. yeah i think im liek 15 pounds overweight. and ive really been working hard this summer to drop the extra pounds, but everything i try, i just seem to stay at the same weight. i mean im an active girl i play soccer and lacrosse. both on like high level you know. and as of now i run 2 miles at least twice a week, do 100 sit ups every day, and i keep track of what i eat in a journal. im thinking of starting to count my calories intake, but im not sure how many i should allow myself. so if anyone knows any other things i could do to get the weight off sooner or how many calories i should allow myself please email me at juicyfruitxox@yahoo.com or just comment or whatever here. thanks soo much. <3
