Ht. 5'4, Wt. 171 - I did good today im so proud of myself! .. bf i had half a cup of whole grain cereal with a banana. (200 cal) lunch i had half of a small wheat pida with cheese and soy meat (about 230 cal) then for dinner i had subway . turkey breast on whole wheat with lots of veggies and mustard. I didn't work out but i cleaned from 11 to 7 non stop so i really dont care ..im tired..
