Message Replying To From Machala, Age 19 Ht. 5'4", Wt. 210 - How does this sound for a day? Breakfast: 1/2 cup oats and a piece of fruit. Lunch: a salad w/ ff dressing. Dinner: chicken breast or fish with a veggie and salad. Snacks: If I get hungry throughout the day, I'll snack on fruits and veggies. Does this sound okay? Any suggestions? Thanks, Mac. |
