Ht. 5'7", Wt. 142 - ok...here's the thing...Im soo close to my dream weight (130) But I dont want to do any extreme dieting (for fear of gaining it back again) I want to lose the 12 pounds before christmas time. Do you think I can do it if I continue to watch my food intake, but not really "diet" and I am going to play JV tennis at my high school this fall. Or should I set my goal to summer time next year? help
