Ht. 5ft 8 inches, Wt. 159 - Ok for this summer I got real side tracked. I had summer school and all that food there really messed with my plan. I was in there from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. so I grabbed snacks in there that really messed with my plan. For my summer so far I have gone from 165 lbs to 159 lbs. School starts August 15 and I would like to get below 155lbs. Since I have no school I am not tempted as much to eat junk food. I gave up soda and candy and chips. I want to know if Minute Maid Light is a good drink to have during a diet. For exercise I walk several miles a day. Since I have to check on cows and stuff like that on my ranch. I tried running but it is too hot. And when it is cool outside I have to work. Walking to check on the cows is the only exercise I can fit into my schedule really. So if I have a good diet food plan and if I walk for over and hour a day combined with farm work is it possiable to lose 4 pounds by mid August.
