~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 136 - hey, i just realized i have been coming to this site for 3 years. for the past 3 years my weights gone up and down. it never stayed consistantly.i need to lose about 15 pounds. but i just never seem too. i am not going to try any miracle diets or lose 10 pounds in 3 days thing. i think the problem with why kids (including me) are overseight is because we never stick to a routine. we excercise for 2 days then forget or tell ourselves ill do it tommorrow then inevitably we start gaining weight. and we wonder why we are fat. i know there are a lot of people in the same boat i am. im sure i speak for all of them when i say i am sick of worrying about what people think when they see me or wondering if i look fat in particular clothes or wondering how many calories i have to burn off because i ate that cookie. well, i think we should all make that effort to excercise for at least 20 minutes a day and eat healthy, because guys we owe it too ourselves to be healthy. plus you know its bad when your mom tells you to eat smaller portions.my #1 goal is too feel confident about myself whereever i go, and i think i will feel a whole lot better and more confident if i lose those 15 pounds. good luck and peace. -susan
