Message Replying To From Melissa, Age 13 Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 149 - I want to lose weight for the upcomming school year, and do you guys think i'd lose a lot of weight if i did 3 hours of cardio a day, drank just water, and 200 sit ups and crunches everyday?
