Message Replying To From karine, Age 19 Ht. 5"2, Wt. ?? - CRAPPPP woke up this morning and BINGED. Well, I had 4 bowls of chicken soup. I'm going to try REALLY hard not to overeat for the rest of the day!!! My plan for lunch is a Lean cuisine (200cal) and for dinner a protein bar (160).
