Ht. 5'4, Wt. 178 - hey guys i just need a lil bit of a boost here. So far today..ive had...Oatmeal..a lil tiny cup..and water. and after i opened up another water. and am drinking it. I am going running today and then..i am going to do 50 sit ups and 10 perfect push ups. Well thanxs.
