Ht. 5'4, Wt. 175 - Hey ppl i want to lose weight b4 school starts and school starts in like a month (im not too sure when sometime in august tho) i want to lose like 10-15lbs..im not as fat as what i thoguht i was i just want to lose like 10-15 lbs in my stomach b4 school thats my main problem is my stomach... if any one has any ideas about how to do this beside crunches and sit ups..im gonna do tose like 20 mins each...each day then like walk on the tredmill for 20-40 mins a day and go on a diet and how do u get rid of like (i have like fat on my neck and i want to no how to get rid of that)and does like back fat go away as u exercize? i dont have much but still please respond..Jessica
