Message Replying To From Brandy, Age 15 Ht. 5'4, Wt. 130 - I was going to do this little plan to lose weight before school starts, is this good? Ride my bike 4.5 miles every day, cut down on calories, and drink lots of water, and not much junk food/pop/etc., is that really good exercise for every day? Plus, how much weight do you think i can lose if i do this? Oh, and is it possible to lose 5 pounds in 4 days if i do this? I know its not healthy for that fast, but is it possible? I did osmething similar last year and lost 5 pounds in 4 days by riding my bike a lot, plus any tips, etc.? Please reply, thanks! |
