Ht. 5'3, Wt. 123 - Hey I noticed that a few people have been posting messages about going on "fad diets".....well thats not going to work. I've learned that if you just starve yourself you will gain it all back. Also you can still eat the same stuff, just cut back on the amount you eat, and maybe eat sweets only once every two weeks or something like that. I've lost almost 20lbs since school ended by doing that and exercising! It may be slower than any fad diets, but you will keep the weight off!
