Ht. 5'4", Wt. 170 - hey everyone!! i have been trying to lose 10 lbs (right now thats my goal so i dont over whelm myself) its been a stuggle. I have already lost 10 lbs and im guessing im at the plataue but i sure as hell wish not to be at it. I was just asking what are some tricks i could used to stay focused and determined to eat right and excercise EVERYDAY???
