Ht. 5'6, Wt. 175 - OKAY. I FEEL LIKE I DID OKAY TODAY BUT I NEED HELP KKNOWING IF IT REALLY IS OKAY. OKAY...BREAKFAST-GOGURT (80 CALS) SNACK-CAROTS WITH FAT FREE RANCH. NOW HERE'S WHERE I DID BAD. I JUST ATE A LOT OF SNACKING SO MY LUNCH WASNT VERY LIKE...A GOOD ROUND MEAL. I HAD A GRANOLA BAR, AND THEN I HAD KINDA ALOT OF GRAHM CRACKER STICKS (PROBABLY LIKE 300 CALORIES WORTH ACTUALLY) AND I ALSO HAD A FEW BITES OF BANANA BREAD. THEN FOR ANOTHER SNACK I HAD A PACKET OF FRUIT SNACKS (80 CALS)..VITAMIN C. I ALSO RAN 3 MILES SOO DID I DO REALLY BAD? OH ALSO TONIGHT WE ARE BARBEQUEING AND IM GOING TO HAVE A CHEESEBURGER..BUT THATS OKAY RIGHT CAUSE ITS LIKE MEAT
