Ht. 5"3, Wt. 203 - hey......day two of my liquid diet and ive lost three pounds...lol....thats awesome.....ive been drinking alot of water and i workout three times a day for about 30 minutes then i walk 3 miles and i ride my bike for 30 minutes......not bad huh? .....lol...
