Ht. 5'7, Wt. 160 - Hey everybody whats up?? I hope everone elses weight loss is going better then mine. 2 years ago is when i started my diet and i weighed 165 and got down too 137.(WOW) Unfortunatlly the start of school last year i totally flew off my diet telling myself that i'd get back on it tommrow and then it would be the next day and eventually after new years i regained all the weight i had gained and thats when i realized that all my hard work went to $#!&. So far this summer i have only managed to lose 5 pounds, which i'm kinda happy with considering i have a major problem with food. But i plan on being 140 maybe even late 130's by the time summers over just becuase I've been working out everyday and not eating more than 1500 cals. But the thing is when i go out and eat with friends and family i tend to go off my diet and eat nachoes loaded with extra cheese and what not.So most of the time i end up telling them i don't wanna go out, but when really i do. I was wondering how not to fall off ur diet when ur out with friends, like pizza and high calorie foods like that are so tasty and a salad just does not seem to satisfy my hunger with all that food in front of me. If anybody could give me any tips on how to control my cravinbgs when out with friends i'd love to hear them. And by the end of christmas or January- early Febuaury is when i want to be at my goal which is anywhere between 115-125. (I need to start looking for a grad dress then) Do u think that that is too slim for my height? Thanks, Megan
