Ht. 5'4, Wt. 159 - Hi guys im new around here! so here I go.... I'm trying to lose weight before my 16th birthday in October. I have always been slightly bigger than most girls, thanx to my bust and my legs, but im athletic. I play 3 sports year round (im not too bad either) and I love fruits veggies and so on, im a total health freak. However, I feel as though I could be more lean for the sake of my sports and self esteem (I just wanna get it all over with by my birthday). Pre-season for my volleyball team is coming soon and right now I'm looking for some workouts that could prep me for pre-season and help me tone up. Any one with any ideas? Any Advice? Would anyone mind being my Weight loss buddy?
