Ht. 5"2, Wt. 11 stone 9lbs - I'm going on holiday in 13 days to lanzarote and when i come back i am going to go on a massive diet but i need help on what and what not to eat, and how much to exercise etc because i have never been on a diet before  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)
