Ht. 5'4, Wt. 159 - Hey guys! I was thinking of doing a die plan of losing 28 pounds in 14 weeks. That means two pounds a week, four pounds every two weeks. Does that sound reasonable? I will be doing at least 3 hrs of workouts a day plus I will be changing how I eat so I will take in lots of protien, fiber, carbs, and the right kind of fat. How does that sound?
