Ht. 4'11, Wt. 142 - hey yall i have a fantastic idea to loose the weight on a cheap diet like i mean if you have a budget like 19$ a week go on a tuna fish and salad diet im going to start mine today maybe if my mom goes to the store and if i do start it does anyone want to relate satus together like what you do everyday while your on it what kinda dressing you use on you salad and maybe we can add some fruit to the diet then you get alot of protien and stuff and your recomended stuff like vegies and a meat based meal and a frutie meal and maybe yogart they are all low calorie foods so you can eat alot and still be under 2000 calories a day or exactly 2000 i hate cotage cheese its nasty so this diet is alot beter than that diet you get to eat good tasting food and still loose the weight so please some one start this with me love, Haley ~tip of the day look into the mirror and say things you like about your self this builds selfestem and also try out some of these 1 . _______ (your name) is a beautiful kind person 2 . my name is _____ and i love and accept myself as a person 3 . my name is _____ and big is beautiful 4 . my name is _____ and i have friends that love me try it out and email me at koolie420@yahoo.com
