Ht. 5'11, Wt. - ok, school starts in one week- i am not expecting 20lbs in 2 weeks or anything like that... tomorrow, i have to work from 9am-6pm... so the plan is, im gonna get up about 5, and jog as much as i can stand it- drink a weight loss shake for breakfast, go to work- my lunch will prob. be around 1, so ill come home and drink another shake.... i dont eat anything at work, so i get to chew on sugar free gum... when i get home, ill just drink water and eat a bowl of tomato soup- sound good?? well, its basically my own liquid diet so, ill just see how it goes- gl with all of ur plans for weightloss~!~
