Ht. 5'7", Wt. 145 - Today I had Rise Krisspies with a cut up banana in it and fat free milk. I had some breton low fat crackers for a snack. For lunch I had low fat chicken noodle soup. My total fat was 9.1 grams and the total calories were 535. I'm about to go out for a 3 mile bike ride and then just doing the normal thing like push ups and sit ups. Is that good?
